About
Matteo Paolicchi

A connector, not a consultant.

Matteo Paolicchi works at the intersection of three markets that rarely move in sync — Italy, the United States and Latin America. His practice is built on a network developed in the field, not in conference rooms.

He partners with entrepreneurs, investors and institutions to convert international ambition into operational reality: the right introduction at the right time, projects that get funded, deals that actually close.

The work is direct. The relationships are real. The outcomes are measurable.

Services

Five practices.
One outcome.

Each engagement is built around what a client needs to move — capital, access, paperwork, presence. The deliverable is never a deck. It is a result.
01

International Expansion

Market-entry strategy, jurisdiction selection and operational set-up. From positioning to first revenue on the ground across Italy, the United States and Latin America.

02

Strategic Connections

Direct introductions to decision-makers across institutions, capital, and industry — relationships that move files forward, not contact lists.

03

International Projects

Design and coordination of cross-border initiatives, including EU-funded programs, public–private partnerships and bilateral cooperation.

04

Events & Business Missions

Curated delegations, institutional events and high-level missions that translate visibility into signed agreements.

05

Strategic Advisory

Confidential, board-level counsel for founders and executives navigating complex international decisions.

Why Matteo

Most advisors deliver analysis.
I deliver the people who decide.

A real network

Built over fifteen years across three continents — institutional, entrepreneurial, financial. Not theory. Not LinkedIn.

Direct access

Conversations open at the level where decisions are made: founders, principals, ministers, board members.

Cross-market fluency

Italian rigor, American speed, Latin-American pragmatism. One advisor who operates natively in all three.
